CANCELLATION POLICY

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Half of the scheduled time will be cut for a same day cancellation, if a customer buys a package. We reserve the right to refuse a customer who does not turn up, or who keeps changing the time, or cannot be contacted to confirm the appointment; and no treatment will be delivered in the future. Please understand that therapists will have to wait for you and lose their chance to serve other customers. If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you enjoy our treatments. We always try so hard to please every single customer. In the case where the treatment is not quite right for you, please let us know within 10 minutes of the session starting and we will refund you. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made after full treatment has been performed. We reserve the right to reject any customer who asks for a service that is not on the list, without refunding their payment.

FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT

Please see a doctor if you have a serious injury from an accident. Massages will only sooth you from daily-life strains, but your medical condition can only be treated by a health-care worker. As a result, we are not able to be responsible for, or refund, customers who hide their medical conditions to receive a treatment.
